It's a luggage tag made of cloth-similar material, it's didn't state clearly what is the main material. 

There is a paper card provided inserted behind to write down your contact details. 

The tag's hanger is made of rubber and Julius's head is appeared on it, so cute! 

There's a big label "Paul Frank" sew at the side of the tag.
