[Food] Chocolate Passion @ Gurney Paragon, Penang

Penang is such a heavenly-like place, not to mention their all-year-long nature gifts of blue sky, sea-view, breezy wind, and of course the abundant of nice foods! The newly opened Chocolate Passion is one of the best dessert shop that could be found in Penang only.

Currently, Chocolate Passion has 3 outlets in Penang, except Gurney Paragon, the other two located at Strait Quay and Autocity, Juru. Its branch at Gurney Paragon is the 2nd outlet in Penang, located at 6th floor which is next to Penang On 6.

The place is very comfortable. One corner of the shop is facing the sea, there is some outdoor seats which allow you to enjoy the breezy sea-view while having the chocolate desserts.

We have to make order at the counter. Right besides the counter, they sell a wide range of handmade chocolates. However, I did not buy any this time.

This special one is so-called "Chocolate Boom".

Chocolate Boom - RM 18.50

Look how it melts....

.....so tempting right?

The Chocolate Boom is a very good match of ice cream with hot chocolate and the side dishes (kiwi, strawberry, and the digestive biscuits).

Besides that, we have ordered the famous Churros with dark chocolate. Churros is a spanish dessert that tastes similar to doughnut, dipping the chocolate.

Churros with dark chocoalte - RM 14.50
The chocolate is definitely a good quality one, it is neither too sweet nor too heavily burden of chocolate taste. It avoids us from feeling cloyed to the desserts. There is everything just fine to me!

Free lemon water is available. As a dessert lover I would deeply appreciate the kind consideration.

If you love CHOCOLATE, you should come here, the chocolate is awesome!
